The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room included a kitchenette WITH an electric kettle , a Nespresso machine , and a toaster. The location is GREAT. It is close to the subway and in a quiet area.
FOR stays less than a week , there is no cleaning service. I was required to request items such as toilet paper refills and coffee pods via text. The ample lounge areas were occupied by students, it created a public co-working vibe.

the location proved quiet, it still remained very accessible to destinations i needed to reach. the hotel was maintained beautifully and meticulously. with a kitchen and washing machine included in every room, i found it excellent for longer stays. i also appreciated the convenience of both indoor and outdoor dining options at the on-site café and restaurant.
the lighting was rather dim, impacting overall ambiance and comfort.

The staff showed amazing kindness, especially Carl, Cecile and Laura! They offered a warm welcome and also helpful assistance. I appreciated their service. The beds were comfortable. The location provides easy access to nearby attractions.
The room's lighting was a bit dim for my liking. I prefer brighter spaces.

I found some cleanliness issues that were quite disappointing. specifically, there was hair on the bathroom floor, unacceptable. furthermore, the room lacked basic amenities such as sufficient towels. I had to request more. these issues significantly detracted from what could have been a better stay.
