fast internet friendly staff dark room missing mugs
the location was ideal (close to everything i needed). the co-working space was a big plus. it had a good setup and fast internet. i also found the staff at the bar quite friendly.
the room felt a bit dark for my liking. i would have liked more light fixtures to brighten things up. also, the kitchen lacked basic dishware. i found no coffee mugs at all.

The location was acceptable and within walking distance of several attractions.

ineffective temperature control disturbing noise
the location was acceptable with convenient access to nearby amenities.
My room was too hot and the temperature control was ineffective. It stayed around 24.5-25 degrees. the noise from other guests walking on the wooden floors above was very disturbing. i won't be staying again because of these issues.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room included a kitchenette WITH an electric kettle , a Nespresso machine , and a toaster. The location is GREAT. It is close to the subway and in a quiet area.
FOR stays less than a week , there is no cleaning service. I was required to request items such as toilet paper refills and coffee pods via text. The ample lounge areas were occupied by students, it created a public co-working vibe.

quiet location well-kept hotel convenient amenities
the location proved quiet, it still remained very accessible to destinations i needed to reach. the hotel was maintained beautifully and meticulously. with a kitchen and washing machine included in every room, i found it excellent for longer stays. i also appreciated the convenience of both indoor and outdoor dining options at the on-site café and restaurant.
the lighting was rather dim, impacting overall ambiance and comfort.

kind staff comfortable beds easy access warm welcome
The staff showed amazing kindness, especially Carl, Cecile and Laura! They offered a warm welcome and also helpful assistance. I appreciated their service. The beds were comfortable. The location provides easy access to nearby attractions.
The room's lighting was a bit dim for my liking. I prefer brighter spaces.

bathroom hair insufficient towels
I found some cleanliness issues that were quite disappointing. specifically, there was hair on the bathroom floor, unacceptable. furthermore, the room lacked basic amenities such as sufficient towels. I had to request more. these issues significantly detracted from what could have been a better stay.
